I have tried to open a downloaded book and keep getting an "error" message.
What exactly is the error message you are receiving? Also, is this happening on a specific book title or all of the books in your library?
All purchased titles obtained from the blio.com site and from within the Blio app will automatically sync to the library and or the My Purchases page. You can access the My purchased page by doing the following.
1. Open the Blio app on your Android device
2. Navigate to the library screen and tap on the set of lines at the top right of the screen.
3. Tap on the My Purchases icon to display previously purchased titles and add them to your library.
4. Tap the back arrow to return to the library screen.
