I am running Windows XP on a Dell desktop. I have downloaded DellBlio_9721.exe and installed it. When I try to sign in, I receive the following pop-up error messages:
First window: "The underlying connection was closed. Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel. (R9999)"
Selecting the OK button opens the
Second window: "Error logging in to the book vault: The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.. Books in your library are still available for reading while the book vault is offline."
Please advise regarding a fix.
This issue is related to one of two issues:
If the login service is not responding (or being blocked by a firewall), the application will not be able to create a trust relationship. What this means is the login service will not be able to connect you to your account.
Is this a persistent issue? Have you tried using a different network connection? You may also have an antivirus that is monitoring/blocking web traffic.
