library ebook blio format doesn't show up in any blio apps

I borrowed a library ebook in blio format and was able to check it out and download it, but it doesn't show up in any of my blio apps. I have blio app on my PC and on my ipad. I've tried several different titles.

When you say you were able to check it out and download it, do you mean you were able to download the Blio app? If not, and you downloaded an acsm file, the book was checked out in EPUB format and not Blio format. If you check out a Blio format book from the magic wall, what happens is a record is created in the Blio system that grants you rights to the book for a specified period of time. When I say “rights” I mean both downloading and licensing rights for the book, but that must be done with the application.

If you have added the book to your Blio account via the magic wall, and books are not showing up in the Blio app, it could indicate a couple different things:
1) You are logging into Blio using a different email address than the one you checked out to
2) There is a network/firewall that is preventing access to the download server

There are a couple quick and easy checks for this.
On the PC:
Tap the gear icon in the upper left and it will tell you the email address you are logged into. Make sure that is the same email being used on the magic wall.

On iOS:
Select settings (lower right) and tap my account. Make sure that is the same email being used on the magic wall.

If you are logged into the same account, please try using a different network connection (I usually suggest places like Starbucks or McDonalds that have free unsecured wifi) to download your books.

If you still don’t see the books in the library using a different network connection (iOS you would have to select get books to see them), please let me know.

I have the blio app installed on both my pc and my ipad. I have checked out books in blio format, not in epub format, but they do not appear in either of the apps. I have logged into the blio app with the correct email address. I have tried 2 different network connections.

Also, what library site did you check out from?

I tried checking out one more book and it showed up on my pc and my ipad right away. I still can't get the other 2 books, but whatever the issue, I'm satisfied. Thanks for you time.

I did look at the account and I was able to pull up all 5 books. If you still have trouble, or you run into this issue again, please check to see that there are no updates for the app. I know that older versions can sometimes not be able to see newer content.

it is possible to purchase titles in .epub, .pdf, or Blio formats. The format chosen will determine the process for accessing the book. As an example, if you purchased an eBook in Blio format, it is necessary to download and sign in to the Blio app to synchronize and read your eBook. The Blio app is available for devices running Android, iOS, or Windows and may be downloaded from:
www.meetblio.com/download
Titles purchased in .epub or .pdf require an application that can access Adobe protected content including Adobe Digital Editions available from:
http://www.adobe.com/solutions/ebook/digital-editions/download.html
