I purchased a 15.6" Toshiba with Windows 8 system that included the Book Place App which is where I purchased an e-book. After successfully purchasing the e-book I tried to access and download it but system send a message saying: "Error accessing book vault: 112: Error retrieving download URL"
What should I do?

I saw your emails in the system as well and looked up the book that you are having trouble with. It seems like it is an issue with the Windows 8 version of the app. I’m going to issue a refund for this purchase and recommend using the desktop version of the app.
