E134 is the error I assume you are talking about. Is that correct?
Typically that happens when you are using a PC and log in for the first time. The app only saves your state upon existing so on the first log in, there will likely not be any metadata saved to your settings.xml (which is needed to authenticate with the server). If you simply close the app and reopen it, the issue should go away.
