I updated to Windows 10 and am now getting error 8004B83A when trying to open a book that I purchased a number of years ago. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
We recently updated the licensing servers along with the Blio application which is likely the reason why you are receiving this error. To resolve the issue, please update the Blio app on your PC using the following steps.
1. Navigate to your Documents directory and delete the Blio folder
2. Uninstall all versions of Blio from your PC
3. Download and install the updated Blio application from the following URL:
4. Launch the updated Blio eBooks application and sign back in with your email and password to retrieve your previous purchases.
