When trying to open the Axis 360 App on my iPhone, I continue to get the error message, "Unable to connect to the server." What can I do to correct this?
I apologize for the inconvenience. This appears to be an issue cause by our authentication servers. To resolve this error, please uninstall the Axis 360 app and re-download a fresh copy of the app from the following link.

Please make sure that your older iPhone is running the latest version of iOS. The Axis 360 app should function on devices running iOS 7 and above. You can find out the version of iOS by going to the home screen of the phone an tapping on Settings/General/About.
The connectivity issues with Axis 360 have since been resolved with the latest update. You can download the updated app here.
