I have downloaded blio to both my PC and Samsung tablet. I have created an account with blio. I login to my library and find a book and checked it out selecting the blio format. I don't see the book in either of my apps. How is the library account and blio account linked? Now the book is checked out for 21 days and I have no way to return it or read it. I tried this a while ago using axis360 format and app and had the same problem. What am I doing wrong?

I apologize for the inconvenience and frustration. We are in the process of transfering library eBooks away from the Blio brand over to the Axis 360 platform. This means that all borrowed eBooks will now be able to be retrieved using the Axis 360 apps for supported operating systems including Android, iOS, and Windows PC. To read your checked out books, please install the Axis 360 app for your device using the following links.
