I just updated my iPad mini to ios 9.0.1 and my Blio app crashes when I try to download one of my books. I've deleted and reinstalled a few times and restarted the iPad and it still crashes.
I apologize for the inconvenience and frustration. There is currently a known compatibility issue with the Blio app and iOS 9. We have since resolved the problem and have an update which has been submitted to the app review team at Apple. Once the review team approves the update, Blio will return to the App Store. I also want to assure you that your borrowed and purchased content will remain associated with your account and may be downloaded again once the update is made live. This includes any purchased text-to-speech voices and eBooks. If you were previously using Blio to retrieve library eBooks, please download the latest version of the Axis 360 app from the following link to continue reading your books.
In case you have access to devices running Android or Windows, Blio will continue to function correctly and may be downloaded from the following links.
Should you have any questions or require further assistance on this issue, please don’t hesitate to give me a call at: 209-720-2280, option 3.

I can appreciate your frustration and have been assured that the app should return by the middle of next week. In the meantime, we will be taking steps to avoid this type of issue from happening in the future.

I’ve been told that the app update should be available back in the App Store this week. If you do not see the update by the end of the week, please give us a call at: 209-720-2280, option 3 and I will do my best to find a way to provide access to these titles.
The Blio 4.3 update should be available to download from the following App Store link.
Please try uninstalling the current version of the app from your iPad and installing a fresh copy of the app from the above link. If the download issues persist, please let me know.
Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. To remove Blio, press the home button on your iPad
2. Locate Blio and tap and hold the icon until they start to shake
3. Tap the minus sign next to Blio to remove the app and confirm that you wish to delete.
4. Press the home button to return to the home screen.
Once Blio has been removed, you can download a fresh copy of the app from the following app store link.
After Blio has been installed, you’ll need to sign back in with your email address and password to retrieve your books.
The update should be propagating to the UK App Store now and will be available shortly.
