App will not open

If you have installed the app and it persistently doesn't load, open the start menu and type CMD then press enter.

This will open a command prompt.

Type the following in and press enter:
del %appdata%\blio /Q

‚ÄčThis will delete the Blio settings and allow the app to reconfigure itself.
