Unable to deregister device

To fix the error
“Unable to deregister device: Please contact Blio technical support with error code: 00000000.”
Simply delete and redownload the application. Typically this error occurs when tapping the deregister button twice in rapid succession. The first tap attempts to deregister and the second tap kicks up the error.
